This jam-packed session (3.5 hours) covers the basics of business management, lease agreements, and your rights and responsibilities as a landlord. It is best suited for those who already own or are interested in owning a multifamily property.

For over a year, 8 families have been hard at work building their own homes on George Eddy Road in Pascoag, RI. On Tuesday, June 4th, we celebrate their accomplishments with the official ribbon cutting of these houses.
