Blackstone Valley Community Action: Assistance applying for LIHEAP, LIHEAP is available from November 1st to April 1st, consists of direct payments for energy bills on behalf of income eligible clients.

The Salvation Army: Offering the Good Neighbor Energy Fund, available to any Rhode Islander who, because of temporary financial difficulty, cannot meet a month’s energy expense and has not qualified for or received other energy assistance funds.
