Foreclosure

past-due-houseDo you wish to keep your home, but cannot make the payments?

Are you experiencing a life event that has caused a hardship?

Foreclosure is a legal process in which a lender attempts to recover the balance of a loan from a borrower, who has stopped main payments to the lender.

NWBRV HomeOwnership Center has trained counselors available to  provide free one-on-one counseling and guide you through the process of foreclosure prevention or the loan modification.
