Located at 40 South Main Street in downtown Woonsocket is our beautiful, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line equipment. This large kitchen space has it all: walk in coolers, storage, freezers, food processors, a blast chiller, a kettle, mixers, slicers, and more! Our space is ideal for individuals looking to start their own food business and want to work out of our leased commercial kitchen. Each business is licensed separately by the RI Department of Health to the kitchen, then rents their time alone in the kitchen to work. We welcome bakers, caterers, businesses that want to sell shelf-stable food products, and more!

Our kitchen was installed in February 2017 and launched in June 2017. The new facility boasts a baking area with mixers and dough sheeter, a short order line with ranges, charbroiler, and griddle, and a production line with a kettle, braising pan, steamer, and combi oven. There is cold and dry storage, cleaning stations, and a Blast Chiller.
