In her remarks presenting the award, FRCA Board Chair Nancy Benoit noted, “the individual we honor today has lived his entire professional life as not only an advocate for affordable housing, but a person who has overseen the construction or renovation of well over 300 apartments or homes in Woonsocket in the last 20 years.” Over 150 people, including the Board of Directors, staff, local community members and volunteers, attended FRCA’s Annual Meeting on June 12th during which the Board elected officers for the upcoming year and presented numerous awards to members of the community.
