Director of Home Ownership & Asset Building Programs
Nonprofit CDC seeks experienced, committed leader to serve in senior management position. Knowledge of and experience with the home-buying process, financial capability coaching and foreclosure mitigation. Experience with program development, adult training/education and community outreach & marketing. Ideal candidate: is bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent writing and presentation skills; knowledge of trends in wealth and asset building for low/mod income households; skilled with partnership development and fundraising; knowledge of online customer facing technology and leads management in SalesForce platform.
Director of Finance & Operations
Nonprofit CDC seeks experienced, committed leader to serve in senior management position. Knowledge of and experience with affordable housing and community development financing, asset management, public and private funding sources and grants and the operations of mission driven nonprofits. Demonstrated experience with fund accounting, cost allocations, government reporting and Blackbaud Financial Edge accounting software. Ideal candidate also has the skills and ability to connect finance to mission and support staff and board with timely information and reports that translate financial information into dashboards.
