The success of Accessing Home is predicated on the great team of housing providers and non-profits from across the state who host our AmeriCorps members: NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, House of Hope, Providence Revolving Fund, West Elmwood Housing Authority, Pawtucket Housing Authority, Connecting for Children and Families, Crossroads RI, Warren Health Equity Zone, and Women’s Development Corporation
