Foreclosure Prevention Workshop and Coaching
In these turbulent economic times, many things can impact a household budget that can jeopardize a mortgage payment. Learn about the foreclosure process and how our home ownership services work at this one-hour workshop. The session will provide you with valuable information on what to expect, housing options and alternatives such as loan modification or reverse mortgages, and how we can work together to find solutions to get you through financial hardship and/or a foreclosure crisis. This class is required before working with one-on-one with our H.U.D. and NeighborWorks America trained coaching staff, as we provide valuable information that will prepare you for the next steps in this class.
