Join all of us here at NeighborWorks this fall in our journey for health and wellness, as we head into this festive season with our NeighborWorks Community Health Fair!
Taking place at 40 South Main Street in Woonsocket, the fair promises to be a heartfelt celebration for our wonderful city. From 12-4pm, attendees will be able to enjoy activities and services designed to to promote a comprehensive sense of wellness for each individual.
“Absolutely everyone from the Woonsocket community is invited to attend this lively gathering!” shared NWBRV AmeriCorps member Krissy Ramaglia. “It’s a family-friendly event, so bring your loved ones, friends, and neighbors along. We believe in inclusivity and the power of community, and this fair is a testament to that spirit.”
The NeighborWorks Health and Wellness Fair is more than just a health event; it’s a day of community engagement and fun. We’ll have food, health screenings, resources and informational demonstrations. We’ll keep you entertained with live music throughout the event. It’s not just about health; it’s about happiness!

Prioritizing whole body health and wellness is a necessity in today’s climate. Services offered at the fair will include flu and COVID-19 vaccines, COVID at-home test kit distribution, blood pressure checks, women’s health resources, hearing and vision tests, mental health and well being advocacy. Sponsored through a generous BlueAngel Grant and support from the Woonsocket Health Equity Zone, this interactive community event is free and open for all to attend.
The NeighborWorks Community Health Fair promises to be a day where health meets happiness and community thrives. Mark your calendar and be part of this empowering event on October 14th, where we come together as one big Woonsocket family. See you there!
