WOONSOCKET, RI – US Senators Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse, US Congressman Gabe Amo, Governor McKee, and Woonsocket Mayor Beauchamp will join NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley (NWBRV) and funding and community partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Millrace, a substantial rehabilitation of three historic mill buildings into 70 affordable homes and 23,000 square feet of commercial/community space in the heart of downtown Woonsocket.
