Join us at beautiful River Island Art Park in downtown Woonsocket for the 3rd of 10 FREE concerts for the Levitt AMP Woonsocket Music Series. Concerts will continue every Friday from June 14 – August 23 (skipping July 5).
June 28th features OKAN and is MC’ed by both Marlon Carey.
The Levitt AMP Woonsocket Music Series is FREE and open to the public. Come ready to eat, dance, and have a great time! Bring a friend and something to sit on.

Feel the heartbeat of Afro-Cuban rhythms with OKAN! This award-winning, women-led ensemble is about to take you on a musical journey like no other, blending the rich traditions of Afro-Cuban roots with jazz, folk, and global rhythms. From the streets of Havana to the concert halls of the world, Elizabeth Rodriguez and Magdelys Savigne are on a mission to spread messages of immigration, courage, and love through their captivating music. With roots in Grammy-nominated projects and a dedication to preserving indigenous musical traditions, OKAN is ready to steal your heart and set your soul on fire!

RIVER ISLAND ART PARK
River Island Art Park is located at 95 Bernon Street, Woonsocket RI. The park offers plenty of open grass for seating and is right along the beautiful Blackstone River.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to the open lawn concert setting. All ages are welcome, and admission is FREE.
Free parking is available at municipal lots throughout the city.
