NWBRV and Levitt AMP Woonsocket are thrilled to be spending another summer partnered with local Woonsocket establishments, Ciro’s Tavern and Savini’s Pomodoro!

The perfect accompaniment to live music – Ciro’s on-site bar has become a Levitt staple every Friday at River Island Art Park, fulfilling any beverage need you may have.
“Ciro’s and Savini’s Pomodoro have been excited to partner up with the Levitt AMP series!” said Ciro’s General Manager Abre McDonald. “I think in most part part because it’s great exposure for Woonsocket as a city and helps all businesses in the area by bringing people out every Friday night in the summer.”
A charming historic establishment with roots dating back at far as 1893, Ciro’s varied American menu and award winning architectural design puts them on the map as a Rhode Island favorite–thanks to the local Savini and Moylan families dedication to persevering its historic nature. The comfortable, friendly nature of the restaurant now also brings its charm every Friday to the park, where concert attendees can get a sneak peak of the atmosphere Ciro’s offers!

“Though I just came back as the General Manager recently, I was here when the concerts began four years ago,” Abre said. “I have to give a lot of credit to Gina Savini who really laid the foundation for us doing these off site events. Gina, unfortunately is no longer involved day to day in restaurants but the Savini and the Moylan families both do a lot in the community and I think this an extension of that.”
This year, Ciro’s amped things up. The bar has been relocated to the permanent concession stand. This provides extra space, refrigeration, running water, and enables the team to expand your beverage options. Each week features a specialty cocktail served in a reusable Levitt AMP Woonsocket cup. Bring the cup back each week for a dollar discount off your next drink.
In addition to providing beverage services to concert attendees, Ciro’s sponsors the Series, providing dinner for concert volunteers every Friday.
“Providing food for the volunteers is also another part of that community dynamic,” Abre added. “It exposes people to our food and is part of the culture that exists between the two restaurants.”
Located at 42 Cherry Street, Ciro’s is open Wednesdays through Sundays, with reservations highly reccomended. Please visit them online for reservations, entertainment and private party information!
Fridays, are pretty wild for us. It’s great to have this break in the action. What’s better then live music outside in the park? It’s a great opportunity to interact in the community and keep our businesses in the public eye while having a great time.
