Hello! I am Milton Webbe the founder and owner of Uncle Irv’s Cheesecake. I am a Director of Food Services, and a chef by day that loves cheesecake. I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. I grew up with my mom and grandma, who were both great cooks. When I was 16, I attended LJCC in Limestone, Maine, where I studied the art of Culinary. I then received my advanced degree in Culinary Arts.
Years later, I became the Food Service Director of a group of assisted living and nursing home facilities. Today I am the Food Service Director of a Massachusetts school system and own two growing culinary businesses–one being Uncle Irv’s Cheesecake!
What type of food do you make?
