If you spend time at the Levitt AMP Woonsocket Music Series this summer, answer your door when a friendly volunteer stops by, or visit one of our community events, chances are you’ll meet one of our Levitt Community Outreach Specialists.
This summer, four Accessing Home AmeriCorps members are helping us connect residents with resources, opportunities, and community events throughout Woonsocket. Think of them as community connectors. They might leave a door knocker at your home, help you find a program you didn’t know existed, answer questions about local services, or welcome you at one of our Levitt concerts.
Their goal is simple: help make sure residents know what’s happening in the community and connect people with resources that can make life a little easier.

Adi Carey
Hi, I’m Adi Carey. I’m a college student with an interest in education, community engagement, and helping others. This summer, I’m serving with AmeriCorps and NeighborWorks, where I’m excited to support local residents and contribute to projects that strengthen our community. I look forward to learning new skills, building connections, and making a positive impact, as well as enjoying all the bands and our community this summer!
Isabel Sanchez
My name is Isabel Sanchez, and I’m a first-generation college student from Providence currently pursuing a pre-med track. I’ve been involved in community-based work since high school, including food scarcity initiatives in South Providence, community garden projects, neighborhood cleanups, and youth enrichment programs through Youth In Action. I was also a part of Quisqueya en Acción, a Dominican cultural dance group focused on preserving culture and strengthening community connections among youth and families.
I wanted to become a Levitt Community Outreach AmeriCorps member because I’m passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people feel supported, connected, and informed about available resources. I’m especially excited about using music and community events to bring people together while helping families build stronger connections within Woonsocket. As someone who grew up in a close-knit community, I understand the importance of outreach, representation, and making people feel seen!
Kemily Henry
Hi! I am Kemily Henry, a Woonsocket, Rhode Island-born Singer/Songwriter/Dancer. I graduated from the University of New Haven with a BA in Music Industry and a Master’s in Business Administration. You may recognize me from two years ago, when I helped stage-manage for Levitt Amp Woonsocket. I’m happy to be back and excited to see my hometown community. If you are ever curious about my music, I have one Demo released on all platforms called DYSLM, or just search my name, Kemily, and you’ll find me. (Besides music, I enjoy cooking, mixology, binge-watching shows, and spontaneous adventures!)
Zoe Kammavongsa
Hi! My name is Zoe Kammavongsa. I was born in Georgia and raised in Woonsocket. I recently graduated from Woonsocket High School, and this fall I’ll be attending Rhode Island College, where I plan to major in Early Childhood Education for my bachelor’s degree. Throughout high school, I maintained high academic achievement being a part of Rhode Island Honor Society and served as Student Council President, where I organized and hosted programs that helped create a more fun, inclusive, and engaging school community. I also participated in a Domestic Violence Awareness Campaign, helping educate others about the dangers, impacts, and challenges surrounding domestic violence. Helping people has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was young. That’s why becoming a Community Outreach Specialist at NWBRV is something I’m incredibly proud of. I’m excited to continue supporting my community and making a positive impact wherever I can.
