We’re Back!
Levitt AMP Woonsocket is ready to bring back the joy of free, live music to Woonsocket’s River Island Art Park.
In just a few short years, the Levitt AMP Woonsocket Music Series has become the place to be on Friday nights. Residents have referred to it as the “best arts event they attended all summer!” You can help us make 2023 our best season ever by sponsoring a concert, or the entire series. If you believe, like we do, that it’s important to activate our public parks, creating welcoming spaces for neighbors to connect and friendships to flourish, then invest in the work we’re doing to revitalize downtown Woonsocket.
Since 2018, the free, family-friendly, 10-week music series has transformed River Island Art Park into a cultural hub of entertainment on Friday evenings. With goals of amplifying community pride, enriching lives through the power of free, live music, and creating vibrant public places, the work we do fosters tourism, enhances the resident experience, and is a point of pride for the City. Audiences range from 250-650 guests every week; and music includes everything from Zydeco to Mariachi, Hip Hop to Country. A little something for everyone.
We need your support to continue this work into 2023! Your tax-deductible donation will be directly invested into the 20 talented musicians brought to the stage in River Island Art Park.
Concerts will occur on Friday nights, June 16 through August 18 at River Island Art Park (95 Bernon Street), Woonsocket, RI.
