The primary mission of NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley (NWBRV) is to enrich neighborhood life and property development is our main tool. We are particularly focused on developing affordable housing opportunities throughout Northern Rhode Island.
A History of Property Development Success
During our 25+ years, we have developed over 350 units of rental housing and an additional 50 affordable home ownership opportunities. NWBRV also develops commercial and community spaces that will further enhance the neighborhoods we serve. From large historic mills to single family home ownership opportunities, we have a rich history of successful development that is responsive to the needs of each of the communities we serve. We also have a robust pipeline of projects to continue enhancing the region through the development of affordable housing opportunities.
